Roderic Campbell, class '83

The Union was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Roderic Campbell (class '83), son of the late Patrick (class '45).

CAMPBELL Roderic (Rod) (Goatstown, and formerly of Blackrock, Co. Dublin) 25th October 2023. Peacefully, in the loving arms of his wife Sheila and sons Matthew and Lorcan, under the care of the wonderful doctors and nursing staff of St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Proud husband and father and devoted son of the late Joan and Patrick Campbell. He will be deeply missed by his wife and sons, sisters Joanna, Felicity and Sarah, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and a wide circle of loyal friends and colleagues.

A Funeral Service of Thanksgiving for Roderic’s Life will take place on Bank Holiday Monday, October 30th at 1.30pm in Newland’s Cross Crematorium, Dublin 24. For those that cannot attend, the Service can be viewed online using this link: Newlands Cross Crematorium Webstream
