Richard Forrest, class '63

The Union was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Richard Forrest, class '63.

FORREST, Deerpark, Mogeely, Castlemartyr, County Cork. Richard (Dick) Forrest of Deerpark,
Mogeely, Castlemartyr, County Cork

Peacefully in the presence of his adoring family in the Mercy University Hospital, Cork after a very
short illness, cared for by his daughter-law, Michelle.

Beloved husband of Maureen (Nee Browne) and devoted son of Maureen and the late Robin.

Adored father of Robin, Louise, Ricky and the late baby Bobby. Sadly missed and lovingly
remembered by his wife, mother, children, daughters-in- law, son-in- law, grandchildren, sisters
Anne, Ger and Noelle, sisters & brothers-in- law, nieces & nephews, his Godmother, Elizabeth Binchy,
relatives and his large circle of friends.

Reposing at his home from 3pm to 7pm on Monday, 12 th March 2018.

House family only Tuesday morning by request. Removal at 2:00 pm on Tuesday 13 th March 2018 to
the Sacred Heart Church, Mogeely for Funeral Mass at 2:30 pm.

Burial afterwards in the Old Cemetery, Mogeely.
