Cormac Byrne, class '54

The Union was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Cormac Byrne (class '54), brother of the late Kevin (class '56).

BYRNE Cormac, (Rathfarnham, Dublin) 21st January 2024. Peacefully at home in the loving care of his family and his carers; Beloved husband of the late Agnes and loving father of Simon, Rufina and Mark. He will be sadly missed by his family, his sister Celeine, son-in-law Padraic, daughter-in-law Aurea, grandchildren Sarah, Sean, Deanna, Mark, Jack, Julieanne, Olivia, Marcos and Agnes, nieces and nephews, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law extended family and friends. Predeceased by his daughter-in-law Jean, and by his brothers and sisters Colm, Kevin, Peter, Maeve, Nuala, Gabrielle and Colette.

Funeral Mass will take place on (Wednesday 24th January) at 10 am in Church of The Annunciation, Rathfarnham, followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery. For those who wish to follow the Mass online please see the link: https://rathfarnhamparish.ie/webcam/. Family flowers only please.
