Anthony Lyons, class '60

The Union was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Anthony Lyons(class '60).

Peacefully in the care of all the staff at the Orwell Nursing Home. Beloved husband of Sandra, wonderful father to Ciara, Jennifer, Sam and Amy and adored “Pops” to his seven grandchildren Robert, Daniel, Ella, Lucy, Charlie, Fiadh and Emily. Tony will be very sadly missed by his loving family, sons-in-law James, Liam and Tom, daughter-in-law Catherine, sisters Jackie, Avril and Joan, brother Sammy, his extended family, wide circle of friends, kind neighbours and carers.

Removal to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook on Saturday (22nd April) for Funeral Mass at 10.30 am which may be viewed on the following link, https://donnybrookparish.ie/webcam/, followed by cremation at Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to the Alzheimer Society of Ireland.
