Andrew Thompson, class '69

The Union was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Andrew Thompson (class '69), brother of Roy (class '60) and Bill (class '59).

The death has taken place of Andrew Thompson, Dromore, Dromahane and late of Kennel Hill, Mallow, who passed away on August 10th 2021, at his residence, beloved husband of Donna (nee O'Sullivan) and dear father of William and Sive. Sadly missed by his loving wife, son, daughter, sister, brothers, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

May He Rest In Peace.

In accordance with Government and HSE guidelines Andrew's funeral will take place privately. Andrew's Requiem Mass will be live streamed on Saturday, August 14th 2021, at 2pm from St. Mary's Church, Mallow on www.churchservices.tv/mallow followed by burial in St. Gobnait's Cemetery.
