SVC WWI Commemoration

Today the College gathered for a Remembrance Ceremony in honour of deceased pastmen who served in WWI and WWII. It was quite a moving spectacle with all members of the Vincentian Community, staff and students congregated at the front of the College for the ceremony.

Very Rev. Peter Slevin, CM, led with the remembrance prayer with Mr Kinder and Mr Murphy also participating. There was a trumpet salute while the flags were lowered and a two-minute silence was observed. The roll of honour was then read aloud by members of the school community.
