Class of 1956 - 40th Reunion recap
Stephen's Green Club

The hallowed halls of the Stephen's Green Club reverberated on June 28th, 1996 to a myriad miscellany of reminiscences by some thirty surprisingly well preserved Past Men from 'Knock' Class of '56. Popular Interpro wing forward and Head Prefect in that yesteryear of 1955/56 Tommy Lombard was full of enthusiastic praise for this, their fourth Reunion Evening which went on into the early hours.
Indeed it was thoroughly appreciated by all comers including John Duhig (pictured as the Physics Gold medal winner above) who flew in from Boston and was delighted to get the latest addresses of Fathers Eddie Rooney and Donal Sullivan who were unable to attend but have adjoining parishes not a hundred miles from him in the State of Mass.
The address list is currently being updated with a view to having another get-together for the turn of the century in preparation for a really big "Fab Fiftieth" in June 2006!
