2011 Gold Medal Debate

The Castleknock College Senior Gold Medal Debate took place on 17th May 2011. Motion for the debate was

“that this house supports the use of gender quotas in parliament”

and adjudicated by Joan Burton TD, Minister for Social Protection.

Winner of the Gold Medal was Joseph Mahon, son of very proud parents Joe (Class of 1977) and Geraldine. Heartiest congratulations to Joseph from the Union and wishing him every success for a bright future in applying his obvious very persuasive skills.
